We’re delighted that Emily has joined The Ellie Soutter Foundation as an ambassador. As a seasoned professional and an Olympic athlete, Emily can offer huge insight into the career of a professional winter sports athlete and she was close friends with Ellie.

‘I was so honoured to become an ambassador for the ES foundation for a number of reasons … firstly and foremost because Ellie was such an outgoing, energetic and talented young woman who I was lucky enough to call my team mate as she joined the senior GB team and I am stoked to help carry her name forward in the word of Snowsports! And secondly because of what this foundation does…not only does it raise awareness for the much needed mental health and psychology around sport and for young people, but it also raises funds to support upcoming shining winter stars like Ellie and help with much needed training, equipment and competition costs which can be extremely difficult to cover as a British winter sports athletes.
