A gala dinner to help benefit The Ellie Soutter Foundation has been announced for November 7, 2019 at Hutcheson\u2019s City Grill, Glasgow from 7pm.<\/p>\n

Organised by MM Search<\/a>, an independent executive search firm recruiting senior talent for the UK\u2019s top businesses, the inaugural gala dinner will be in the company of some of Scotland\u2019s most iconic sporting legends.<\/p>\n

There will be a number of items up for auction during the evening, including ski holidays, art work, spa days, golf days and winter sports equipment \u2013 with all monies going to The Ellie Soutter Foundation, a charity set up following the death of Ellie Soutter in 2018 that supports young skiers and snowboarders to realise their potential and dreams. Offering grants and a complete mind and body wellness package.<\/p>\n

Founder of The Ellie Soutter Foundation, Tony Soutter, said: \u201cThis is a great opportunity for people in Scotland to help the foundation and have a fantastic evening, just before the start of winter. We will have an amazing line up of sporting celebrities and auction prizes. This is going to be an evening to remember and a great way to remember Ellie and also help other young winter sports athletes fund their training programs for this winter and beyond.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ken Morrice, founding partner, MG Search, said: \u201cWe selected the Ellie Soutter Foundation as our charity partner because of our shared love of winter sports and our passion to support young athletes. There are many interwoven character traits that drive elite professionals in sports and business alike, attitude, confidence, commitment and taking a long term view.<\/p>\n

\u201cI heard first hand from Tony about Ellie\u2019s story and was moved when he described The Ellie Soutter Foundation and its mission to support young athletes both on and off the piste. We hope that this event will raise both awareness of the foundation but also bring some much-needed spotlight to the pressures surrounding young athletes today.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tickets cost \u00a3100 per person + VAT.<\/p>\n
